# NEXUS Terms of Service **Effective:** 1 March 2026 · **Version:** 1.0 NEXUS is owned and operated by ELYSIUM (Kaye Witehira). By creating an account, streaming, viewing, tipping, or advertising on NEXUS you agree to these Terms. ## 1. Eligibility You must be at least 13. Under-18s need a supervising Parent account. Advertisers and Studio-Tier creators must be 18+ with valid ID + tax docs. ## 2. Your Account - You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. - One account per person. Ban evasion via alts is prohibited. - Display name, avatar, banner and public content are visible to the world unless hidden. ## 3. Content & Conduct - No sexual content, nudity, or suggestive material. - No harassment, doxxing, threats, or racism. - No self-harm, terrorism, or illegal-activity promotion. - Copyrighted material only with permission. DMCA takedowns within 48 hours. ## 4. Payments & Payouts - NX has no monetary value outside NEXUS and is not refundable. - Creator payouts via PayPal (AUD) once KYC + tax are on file. - Ads: 40% platform, 40% shared among creators by view/click share, 20% shared among viewers by engagement. - Fiat processed by PayPal. You authorise NEXUS to charge/credit your registered method. ## 5. Studio Tier & Referrals - Studio Tier: $20 AUD / month, cancel any time. - Sign up with a referral link + buy Studio Tier: both parties get 100 NX. ## 6. Suspension & Termination NEXUS may suspend/ban/terminate accounts breaching these Terms or law. Banned balances may be forfeited. ## 7. Data Photo ID, tax records, address and PayPal email are private (owner-only). See Privacy Policy. ## 8. Liability Service provided "as-is". No liability for indirect or consequential losses. ## 9.
